Made-to-Order Prints
All prints are produced on demand specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar preference-based reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and the damaged area(s)

A brief description of the issue
We’ll confirm next steps and arrange a reprint or replacement.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us. After carrier verification, we’ll issue a replacement.
Color & Crop Variations
Slight color and brightness differences can occur between screens and printed media. Minimal cropping may occur based on the size you select. These are normal characteristics of the print process and are not considered defects.
Address Issues & Refusals
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or refusal at delivery can be reshipped once the package is received back; additional shipping fees may apply.
